"Horrible first experience. The woman who braided my hair used some kind of thick waxy hair grease. My braids were literally stuck together. I paid $90 for that; no extentions, just my shoulder length hair. When I called to complain she made excuses for the woman instead of at least offering me an apology. She said it would wash out. I had to wash my hair three times to get that mess out of it. I am very, very disappointed in Bea. Needless to say I will not be going back there. If anyone dares to chance it I would suggest you bring your own hair products."

Ms. B. understood sensitive scalp and respected it; being mindful. Excellent work and the hair lotion sold/used made the hair soft/tangle less. Call to make an appointment to decrease your wait time. From chair to door, I was in the Salon for less than 3 hours."
