"I showed the owner what I wanted with pictures, and she understood right away! She was conservative with cutting length and confirmed it with me before cutting any further and honored that, which I think is great compared to chopping liberally like other places. If anything she could have cut a little more, but that was entirely my call. She was very thorough and meticulous but timely. Some places take way too long to cut my hair well, especially since I have so much of it, but Jenny’s was quick and very good — definitely not too fast either. I feel that often stylists don’t always do your hair how you want for whatever reason, but as long as you know what you want, Jenny Beauty seems like it’ll do a great job. My mom got exactly what she wanted too and confirmed she wanted shorter a couple times before getting the length she wanted. Again, we appreciate the precautions the owner took on length. They’ll wash and style with a cut as long as you ask but otherwise they might not. It’s definitely no frills, but you get exactly what you want at a reasonable price. Also, I liked the owner! I don’t know what the situation was with other reviews, but she was sweet and friendly to me and my mother. I can’t really imagine her being terribly rude, but she seemed like she could be on the less talkative side, which I personally think is nice if you don’t want to chat a whole lot."

"As soon as we walked in, the lady who seemed to be the owner, had the nastiest attitude and the rudest face on. The store opens at 10 am and we walked in at 9:55 Am because the doors were open. She annoyingly asked us why we were here so early when the shop opens at 10. The whole time she was cutting our hair, she talked with so much attitude and sounded really annoyed. She was unfriendly, disrespectful, just seemed like she didn’t want us there. It was no way to treat customers and we will never be returning. The lady( the owner) also treats her workers with disrespect and it was super uncomfortable to be there. Will not recommend this place to anyone"
