"I’ve been going to this salon for as long as it’s been open. Although I waited an hour for a cut and blow out. The owner proceeded to skip me. When I confronted her she said the customer made an appt on the phone. I had communicated with the owner the day before I was coming in. Her attitude towards the situation was appalling. She said, “I only have two hands and the customer made an appointment this morning, she has to go to work” as if I didn’t have things to do as well. I did not mind waiting it was the fact she skipped me without saying a word. She had no remorse for the time I had wasted waiting and no communication skills to even tell me she was gonna take someone before me. I will not be returning and I do not recommend anyone else to use her services."

"I had a 12:30 appointment and was not seen until 2:00. My service was rushed and owner did not care how my hair came out because she wanted to take the next customer who was waiting meanwhile I had an appointment as well and was seen late. I am completely disappointed with my first time service here and the way my hair came out for my engagement party it was left frizzy because of the way it was not blown out properly it was half damp still and was curled with a straightening iron not an actual curling iron curls did not last for the night my hair ended up being straight to wavy and completely loose hairspray could not even hold it. Will not be returning. Owner Naomi did not deserve my $10 tip."

"I can confidently say this place has no idea what they are doing. They give you whatever color they want without letting you know what the end result will look like, even if you show them multiple photos and you’re left to deal with something you did not ask for. You’re better off paying more to go to a better quality salon than getting your hair done here. Just a rip off and not worth it for dying your hair."
