"My daughter, granddaughter and I had an appt at Brush Salon for a cut/trim and blow dry. We all have a little past shoulder length hair. My first issue was our appt was at 11:00 and didn’t get seen till almost 12:30. Once we were finally seen, to start I have very straight hair, I had a picture of the style I wanted and let me say the lady Emma went scissors happy on my hair because what I asked for and what I got are completely different styles. My granddaughter got a haircut only, and didn’t even get a blow dry and the lady charged my daughter $50.00!! Just for a wash a cut, she’s 7 years old!!! My daughter got a wash maybe less than an inch trim and blow dry and was also charged $50.00 her hair is slightly past her shoulders. After my horrific haircut she also charged me $50.00. I’ll post the before and after pictures for reference but I have NEVER been more dissatisfied with a haircut in my life. I don’t mind paying when I love the outcome but this is horrible!! Never again would I come to this place."

"I did not like how the hair was. Too expensive I went with my hair washed only to dry and they charged me $ 35.00 when the other beauty salons charged me $ 25.00 and with better results in the appreciation of my hair. Another point is that I see more business in terms of selling product and posture in the hair than quality in completions. They need to give a better blower, the hair is opaque with the warm blower."
