"Alex from Salon Icon saved me. I went to a salon this morning and they ruined my hair. Before today I had waited over a year to color or put heat on my hair. The salon I went to this morning colored my hair in patches and damaged it with too much heat. I walked in to Salon Icon without an appointment and Alex swooped in to save my hair. He spent hours working on it to restore it and fix the color. When I came in I was crying and by the time I left I had the biggest smile on my face. I genuinely don’t know what I would’ve done had I not found Alex. I would recommend this salon and Alex (and Mary!) to anyone anytime!
