"I came here for a wash and set. It lasted long but that is because THEY PUT RELAXER IN MY HAIR. I washed my hair and when i did so much of my hair came out ALONG WITH IT BEING DAMAGED. never again."

"The worst, absolutely the worst place. Went there for a wash n set. The lady wash my hair and had me waiting there for a hour and some just to blow out my hair. Didn’t even wait any longer for the blowout."

"They did horribly. But I should have known with all the red flags. When I walked in the place was filled with steam, probably from burning everyone else's hair. They washed my hair and then I sat down to get it flat ironed. They put on no heat protectant or anything to protect my hair from the heat. It still came out bad, half of my hair had waves and the other half was straight. When I washed my hair 2 weeks later, all my curls were gone. I am a black woman with naturally coily hair. My curls were gone and some of my hair was still straight. Now my hair is severely damaged. Don't go unless you want to ruin your hair. 0 out of 10. Never going back again and if I could, I would have given this place 0 stars."

"The name on the outside of the building says Jehovah something, so I was a little confused about where I was. Nothing says 2INS. But customer service was pretty good, the girl did a splendid job on my 3C 4a natural hair and I’m pleasantly surprised. Also, the price was super cheap. Only 45 bucks and my hair is mid back, I will definitely be going back as it is nice and local. Speaking Spanish is a plus, but they have an English-speaking gentleman there, who can help you out with whatever you need."

"I appreciate the owner for taking my daughter last minute as they were closing. She saved my life. She and another hair dresser took their time with managing my daughter hair . It's very curly. But they did great"
