"They burned my hair I went to this salon years ago. I have natural hair but it is fine and low density. She blow dried it and i kept telling her it was too hot. I washed my hair over a week later and my curls were gone. I had no idea how to help heat damage. It took years to grow out my hair and cut it off bit by bit. The most infuriating part was that i went to the owner to complain because she’s the one who did my hair and she had the nerve to tell me I have two texture hair. I won’t ever go back here again and I hope they close down."

"Their close time is 6:30. You come at 5 and they say their closed while I’m literally pointing to the sign they created. Close your business if you don’t want to work. And if you can’t do all hair types you need to lose your license, you don’t deserve it."

"I love this place because I have been searching for a salon like this one for so long this lady takes her time with your hair she tells you what you should do if she see your hair need extra care she will inform you this salon is not a salon is more like a one on one sessions I recommend everyone to come here only if you have patients she dont rush she takes her time and when your hair is finish you are guaranteed satisfaction i just found this place and now it will be my permanent salon i appreciate a hairdresser who try to restore damage hair and mind was damaged so thanks if you goin to go there you have to go when its open and you have to have patients cause she dont rush so if you want color and other things done krystal is the place but makesure you give up ur day or give up 2-3hr off your time and again patient try her like i did i found a salon i can call my main spot now"

"This place is great! If you're in Canarsie and need somewhere to get your hair done, this is the place I'd recommend. Other salons in the area, I've had negative experiences with severely discourteous staff so it was a breath of fresh air to come here and get my hair done, minus the attitude. And they do a good job too at a reasonable price. Also, it should be noted that I'm African-American and they somehow, magically, were able to blow-dry and flat iron my 4A hair into submission. Which is great because I can have straight hair without getting a SUPER damaging perm."
