"I never complain or rate places I go to, but I was extremely upset with the way my hair came out and the professionalism that was displayed. I got my hair cut here the other day and I was highly disappointed. I wanted to get a trim off my hair and when speaking to one of the ladies it was like she didn't want to listen to what I wanted. She was mostly on her phone talking to somebody and not paying attention to what she was doing. It seemed as if her attention was everywhere else but cutting my hair. After getting my hair cut I went home to check it out in the mirror since they didn't offer to show me, and when I checked my hair it was uneven. All I wanted was a straight across trim on my hair, but instead I got one part of my hair much shorter than the other. I tried fixing it myself, but it seems I need to go back to a different hair salon. If you want a nice even hair cut I suggest not coming here and going somewhere else that's more professional."

She is skilled with cut and color and can wash, set and flat iron the heck out of hair. Now she is offering manis and pedis so I have no need to go anywhere else. While this is the typical neighborhood salon, Yocary and her husband are local gems. Their customer service skills are impeccable, and their desire to provide a great experience is present.
