"I was very disappointed in my experience here. There is no care for natural hair and actually no understanding of how to style it. The stylist misled me about the price then up charged me for EVERYTHING. I asked for a quote for a blowout and trim before she started. I was told it would be $25 or $30. She ended up charging me more because she said my hair was too kinky. Then she charged me more for the trim despite that being the main thing I mentioned when I asked UPFRONT for the price. There was an additional $2 for paying with a card so my total ended up being $49, almost double what she quoted me. Also, she TORE out so much of my hair detangling it with a rat tail comb. This was one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had."
