"DO NOT go to this place. THE FRONT DESK LADY HAS A SPECIAL PLACE IN HELL. Not only she has beef with the doctors (you can hear their arguments from outside), but she has biggest attitude with clients. My mother waited for 2 damn hours to just be told that she needs new X-rays even though she took them in THIS office few months ago. And of course, because she did x-rays not long ago, they wouldn’t be covered by insurance. A freaking money-hungry, RUDEST, sketchiest place ever. I’m not sure if doctor Vera is good because she checked my mom’s teeth in short minutes when we first came to consultation. To sum it up, fire the lady :)"

"My grandfather had his denture redone here, it’s not fitting well and he can’t chew food, he made another appointment to go adjust it. The office made an appointment for him and confirmed it, my grandfather is on a wheelchair, for him to get To the appointment it takes 2-3 people- we need to order a car and a home attendant and my grandmother to help. He got there at his scheduled appointment. They said the doctor isn’t in and didn’t give an explanation. What kind of management is that. Many patients were in the waiting room, but NO DOCTOR WAS THERE, as they said. So either they had no doctor that day and we’re running hygiene with out one. Or the doctor didn’t want to see him.. either or it’s disgusting behavior. If you would like to reach out and fix this issue , I’d be happy to listen and bring my grandfather in to fix his issue, since you already had full payment from the holocaust surviver fund."

"What a horrible dentist office. I was recommended to come here by a friend, so I was expecting a good experience. I called the office to book an appointment and as soon as the receptionist answered, I said my name and was put on hold for 7-10 minutes. Naturally I felt frustrated, I hadn’t even asked for what I wanted yet, gave insurance, nothing. A long while later a lady comes on the phone, and starts speaking her language (I think russian?) and I said “excuse me I don’t understand you” and she hung up on me… I called back, and nobody answered… It’s almost like they only serve their own kind here, and I find that to be disgusting. Don’t come here and then isolate yourself and disrespect the natives. DONT COME HERE. They are xenophobic and clearly from the other reviews don’t do a good job."

"If i could give them less than one star i would. Ladies at the front desk are the most nastiest rudest people i’ve ever met. I had an appointment two weeks ago at work 4:30 PM and i ended up waiting until 7:00 PM and the doctor didn’t even end up seeing me had me and everyone else in the waiting room waiting for hours on top of hours. Front desk lady told me 15 min every time i would ask her how much longer and when i asked to simply reschedule she refused and told me to just wait. I’ve been trying to call them for about a week now to get them to fax over my referral and they haven’t even done that yet. Lady on the phone has a horrible attitude and just wants to hang up the phone instead of accommodating. 0/10"
