"My son took the online portion in September Already completed his vision portion. I can't get any information on when he'll start his driving section. I've called (no answer). I've emailed the instructor, no response. His friend went through a different agency in December. He started the driving portion today. My son's birthday is 2 months before his friends'. It's disheartening when we can't get a response from any angle."
"My son never got to drive on the highway. He only drove in school parking lots. He never got in the required amount of driving hours and was passed. Only one of the kids driving with him really came close to getting the required hours of driving. I was told that we would have to work with him on his driving. I wish NC would bring back driver ed to the public high schools."
"My son took the virtual class July 10th-14th and we didn't have any trouble getting in. You just have to be online when the registration starts. Our virtual instructor P Little was fantastic. Having the vision test today then waiting for the driving part. I have no complaints at all."
"*!!!*UPDATE...MR BENNETT called me for grandson to drive. Its all finished now. I had to call corporate office to get it done because lady in the office wasnt giving MR BENNETT the information i was giving her. It wasnt his fault. I just happened to see a 1 800 number on top of the website and i called it. Lady I guess *Laura in office was swearing she was taking info and my number for Mr Bennett and relaying to Mr Bennett, but she was not. Mt grandson almost lost his chance to drive. It was lack of her not caring, maybe because theres not enough office workers or she just doesnt care and not made to do her job until it hits the fan. ***I have been calling since my grandson had his vision test to see when Mr bennett was going to call to schedule for him to drive. They tell me same thing everytime I call. He starts back school next mth so when does this class end? His eye test was over 6 mths ago."
"I observed an instructor from this school allowing an unqualified student driver to weave around a main road at 20mph in a 45mph zone in the middle of rush hour. Significant traffic backup nearly got me rear-ended. The judgment of the instructor in allowing this student to operate a vehicle in this unsafe manner, on that road at that time is shockingly poor. Not the student's fault (they are trying to learn), but the instructor should never have put them in that situation. This was clearly dangerous, not to mention inconsiderate to the line of cars backed up when trying to get home from work."
