"My 75 year old mother was there and Dr Raziel asked her to give him her dentures as he would need pre approval before being able to realigning them. When my mother went back for realignment he told her he never took her denture and told her she was losing her memory. Terrible experience. I would not recommend him to anyone"
"I'm pretty much done at this point. A few years ago, they had a hygienist who was so rough on my teeth and gums. When I asked the hygienist why, she told me, "If you have a problem, you can go see the other hygienist." (It's probably too late for me to file a complaint against her license but if you've had this experience recently, go ahead.) That was wild to me. I complained to the desk. I've been told others have complained. She's still there as far as I know. I went to the other hygienist from Ukraine. She was very good and professional. She's on leave right now. One time I had an appointment there and when I got in I sat there for 30 minutes. Nobody at the desk to acknowledge me. Finally I called and Dr. Raziel picked up. Then the hygienist came out to bring me to the room. This time around, I needed to be fit with a night guard. They have a dental assistant that I assume is new. I overheard her being called outside the room. I wanted an introduction, so I asked, "Are you Taisha?" Dr. Raziel says, "I'm Taisha. My parents were woke." A joke that I don't think was appropriate. Two days ago I received a text message to let me know that my night guard was ready. I called back immediately. It was around 11:30, during office hours. Straight to voicemail. I called again, straight to voicemail. I left a voicemail and nobody got back to me. It's common for no one to get back to me. I called again in the evening. Someone picked up and said, "Hold." I wasn't sure if I called the right place or if a robot picked up because that's not the appropriate way to pick up an office phone. When they finally picked up, they were just like, "Hello." So then I asked when I could come in for my night guard. They told me anytime but asked when I'd be in so they could get my night guard ready for me. I told them 11. I came in the next day at 11. They weren't prepared for me at all and didn't know I was coming in. Receptionist went looking for my night guard. I wasn't sat down to see if my night guard fits. I wasn't given use and care instructions. Just my night guard in a case and bag. I told them about the phones and how they need to do better. All they could say is, "We know." I am getting a bit tired of "We know." To me it's just code for "most people don't want this job and we are at our limit.""
"The worst place ever very disrespectful and nasty to there clients my wife had a issue with them and I ended up being punished for them being nasty to my wife. 10 yrs ago I would of took a flame thrower to that place but I have God and he say forgive and forget. My appointment was cancelled because of this situation with my wife mine and my son's. Just don't go there they don't care and the only person who was caring was the young white hygienist. She was terrific. I feel sorry for her working there. F--- that place"
"This have been my dentist for the past 20 years when they were at the old location on Ave N. Before Dr Raziel, I was very uncomfortable going to a dentist. With Dr Raziel I am very comfortable and I truly trust his expertise at what he does. He cares and takes the time to explain everything he is doing or going to do. Let's now talk about the workers at the front desk and the assistants...they are polite, friendly and patient. Keep on Smiling!!! Thank you Dr Raziel and company! May God continue to enlarge your territory greatly."
