"Booked an appointment for a relax, which they said required a consultation. They gave me specific options the next week as only one person does relaxers. I arrived to the consultation appointment only to find that the person they booked me with does not do relaxers and cannot do the consultation. Didn’t even try to get me rebooked with the correct person. I was left standing there confused, having paid for Ubers to and from the salon for nothing - they didn’t even proactively try to book me in with the right person. I then went back in and asked for another appointment for a consultation with the right person myself - but honestly feel stupid for it because they didn’t even try to make it right. I’m now down time, money and frustrated."

"I’ve been coming to this salon for over a year and I absolutely love it! Tonino cuts my hair to perfection every time and Tara is my amazing hair colorist. She helped me find the perfect hair color without having to bleach my hair. The assistants are fantastic at blow drying/straightening my hair how I like it. The entire staff is so nice and friendly. The ambience is great. I don’t go to any other salon because I don’t want anyone else touching my hair. This is definitely my favorite hair salon! Highly recommend."

"In the 10+ years of getting highlights this was the absolute worst experience of my life. I went in for blonde highlights and all she did was tint my hair orange. I returned the next day to have it fixed by someone else. She did a good job with the color but she didn’t go to the root. It looks like I got these highlights 2 months ago. "I’ve been going to Siobhán for 6+ years and she’s the only person I’ve ever trusted to color my hair! I’m a brunette gone blonde and she does a beautiful job. "I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HENNII!!!! She is a phenomenal stylist. I had never dyed my hair before and I wanted to dye my whole head blue and she did an absolutely amazing job. I wanted to go from dark brown virgin hair to a bright true blue. Hennii bleached and dyed my hair and brought me from dark brown to bright blue in about 6 hours. I am absolutely in love with my hair and I know I wouldn’t have gotten the same results from another stylist – Hennii goes above and beyond and is a true pro at what she does. I had a very specific color in mind when I came into Cutler and I showed her lots of reference pictures and she literally gave me the exact color that I wanted. And what more can you ask for than that?????? The best part is that my hair still feels SO SOFT and HEALTHY. My hair had to be bleached before it was dyed so I was nervous about it being fried after putting it through so much but my hair has barely any damage or breakage or split ends. She used olaplex which definitely helped but she also thoroughly explained to me how to maintain and care for my hair since I had absolutely no experience with having dyed/colored hair. She was super sweet and fun to talk to and just a genuinely very cool person (and when you’re spending 6 hours with someone, that really makes such a difference!) Her hair looked amazing (it was a very cool shade of bright red) and she used to have blue hair so she was super knowledgeable about taking care of colored hair and I felt like I could really trust what she was saying because she had personal experience with colored hair. If you want a stylist you can trust who will go above and beyond to give you your dream hair, you have to book an appointment with Hennii!"
