"I used to go here frequently. I saw Rita herself but I couldn’t take the factory run like salon any longer. There was no attentiveness to me as a client, but how could you give your undivided attention to one client when you’re working on 5 clients at a time? I was getting charged $1000 each time I went there and the color always changed once I washed it. I can’t believe I put up with this for so long . Worst part for me was when I stopped going, I never received one phone call asking why I stopped going as I was a loyal client. This woman has let fame and wealth get to her head. I wouldn’t even bother going here."

"I was unsure because of the mixed reviews, but I had the best experience during my visit last week. Amy and Melissa at reception were super sweet and welcoming. I only had to wait 5 mins for my appointment. Lamont did my hair color and it came out even better than the picture I showed him. He adjusted the color to better suit my skin tone and I’m obsessed with it. Miguel styled my hair and it was one of the best blowouts I’ve ever gotten.
