Bousso African Hair Braiding

"terrible customer service experience. dont get me wrong the owner busso and her daughter and Mariah as well as the older lady who is very quiet can actually do hair really well but the pricing varies alot and its mostly higher then other salons, but i went in for 3hrs and didnt get a completed style because its more of a lounge then a salon at times.my stylist took numerous calls and paused a few times,face time calls and entertaining outside friends who walked in right in my ear in the middle of my service and then after 3hrs i get charged $110 for stitch braids and told to come back the next day because she didnt finish it which is my work day!!! never returning ever not even my child its so bad I dont even wanna return to finish it!!"

"The braids is cute and neat. I just don’t like how they be talking ish about you in their language. Little key words I can understand. They SHADY and unprofessional. Not going back solely because of that before I do something to them! Oh, They Part your hair too hard like they tryna perform brain surgery. Its 2 people in your head going different directions..They pushing your head around like you a doll and laughing like it’s funny. Oh & it was hot like slavery in there. It felt like I was picking cotton with Rosa parks. Was sweating bullets. bugs flying everywhere. Crowded and they braid slow. I’ve had the same style done way quicker with one person doing it. to top it off they lie about prices, soon as they start ya head it’s another price than what they originally said. Owner was sweet. I wish she did my hair instead. Overall like I said the braids is nice so if you willing to deal with that.. go. If not save yourself the trouble and find a local braider who gonna make you feel comfortable for a couple hours. First & last time going."

"I go every 2 weeks and they treat you like family ..they have great customer service and always greet you with smile ….. there’s always multiple professional hair stylist there so the wait time is never to long … great spot!"

I was so pleased with my sew in that I went and got some lashes. Kudos to Bousso. The experience was worth every dime!! Highly recommend."
