"Shampoo is the best place to go to get your hair done, and the prices, are so great there is a bathroom for the customers, and its, Very big, they even have Closets,for the Customers, to hang up their jackets, Coats, Sweaters, the employs, there are caring and Supportive I have my own hair dresser"

"The prices are great. But you get what you pay for:/ The man at the counter, Eddie is very RUDE!!!! I guess he is the owner. He's NEVER pleasant. Just awful customer service. That's a turn off. They did hair extensions for me. But it was poorly done. I had to go back the following day to have it fixed. The owner rolled his eyes when I walked. If it was done correctly the first time, I wouldn't be there the very next day!!!! They are good for wash n sets and simple hairdos...I would have given 3 stars but I gave 1 because of his nasty attitude. I'll never set foot in that dump again. Someone with a nasty attitude do not deserve my hard earned money. When people are spending their money for a service. They should be treated with kindness and respect. Not like they are garbage. His stank attitude will push many customers away!!!! And after reading all these horror stories of how they ruined people's hair. Especially black women's hair. I consider it a blessing that his funky attitude pushed me away. Thank God, I only went a few times"

"DONT EVER GO my best friend came here for a wash and blow for her birthday. She has natural beautiful curls, they snuck relaxer into the shampoo. Months later, she still has not gotten her beautiful natural curls back. Dishonest place of business"

"DONT EVER GO HERE. THEY PUT RELAXER IN THE SHAMPOO AND RUINED NATURALLY CURLY HAIR!!!!! 8YEARS OF CARING FOR MY HAIR FOR THEM TO RUIN IT IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES. I WANT TO SUE THEM SO BAD!"

"Terrible service today. I have asked specifically the hair style and I got something else. Mary Tamar did my hair and seems like she didn't have the humor to do my hair. My hair smell burning. I told her to be careful as she was burning my head and I don't appreciate this treatment. She also was pulling my hair when she was removing the pins. I've been very nice with them and always gave her a tip. I also noticed another lady (elderly) came with short hair and they only washed her hair plus some style she request and got charge $45. She didn't have much hair! They do take advantage those that are old and vulnerable by overpricing them! I can determined when I asked the owner how much I have to pay before they start to do the job he told me $45 then when I told the lady exactly what I am looking for, seems like she want to get pay more money (wash, cut and blow usually $30 but ending $45 plus$5 in tips) They actually want me to PAY EVEN more money and for this reasons I got this terrible service!!!! For this reasons I am no longer coming here. And my mother is no longer coming either so two clients is no longer coming here. We will comment this to our friends not to come anymore and spread the word. I got the WORST SERVICE EVER and I made to this to the public!d"
