"This was my first visit to Penfield Dental as a new patient. Having moved away from my longtime family dentist, I was very nervous to try a new office. The receptionist was so kind when I called to book the initial appointment, and she was all smiles when I finally came in person. The new patient exam is hands-down the most thorough dental exam I’ve ever experienced. Davis was my hygienist, and she is exceptional at what she does. Her passion for her work was palpable throughout the entire exam. Davis was extremely proficient with all of the technology used, and she explained every step she was taking. I felt very comfortable, and by the time I left, they had my full trust. Dr. Hashemi was very nice, and it seems like she’s fostered a fun and friendly environment for the hygienists.
