"Arrived at 4pm for my appoint with Dr. Dogmantis. Walked in at 359pm per Google time-line. Hurried into a room right away. Prior to start of fillings, asked for extra numbing agent as I've had issues in the past with being able to feel drilling. First vial was injected and in under 10 minutes (being generous here)she was in my mouth, and I could still feel the drilling. Asked for more numbing agent. They gave me more. I explicitly stated thst id rather be numb longer and not feel it. Gives the 2nd shot, and goes straight back to drilling. No wait time. Can clearly still feel the procedure. Needless to say, patient care is not a top priority here. I'll be looking for a different dentist tomorrow. I refuse to be treated like that and that level of care is an atrocity. As I'm standing in the lobby checking out, she's got her boots and coat on and is leaving.... Smh. Just another bill to her. Young, doesn't care about her patients, only cares about that paycheck. I'll be contacting the NYS DOH, AG's office, insurance company, and board of ethics. Have the audio from the entire interaction. Will NOT be returning, and, this place does not have your best interest in mind. Highly NOT recommended."
