"At first I wasn't going to share my review, as part of the reason the appointment was unsuccessful was because my dementia patient was uncooperative. BUT, I'm disappointed that I called multiple times and asked would the doctor be able to take a patient with dementia, and the response both times was YES. The XRAY machine alone is NOT dementia patient friendly, it is a beautiful modern machine none the less. Not having an alternative option to XRAY was a bummer. I then suggested that maybe if she sat down in front the machine it might be less frighten for the patient; comes to find out you can only stand at this particular machine (so now I wonder how is this place accessible for wheelchair bound patients or other patients with disabilities since they offer no alternative). I can't speak on the doctor and his services since we had to leave. But I will say the front desk staff was friendly and the place was clean. Just unfortunate that the doctor and his dental staff was not equipped to care for a patient with dementia."

"Except for appointment process (scheduling and confirming), my experience was wonderful. Pleasant staff, warm greetings, comfortable waiting areas, short waits, and very timely service. Also, very little pain after a gentle extraction, given clear follow up procedures verbally and via brochure, and very timely submission of prescription to pharmacy! Five star excluding my experience with appointment scheduling and confirmation."
