My Dentist PC: The Family Practice 9516 Church Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11212

"Waited 2 hours and 45 minutes to be seen after arriving 15 minutes early to my appointment. The front desk was rude. The dentist and dentist assistant were rude. They didn’t service me correctly, they completely ignore me when saying I have tmj and only suggested to get half of my teeth extracted. Does tmj = extraction!? They only catered to the older Hispanic and Russian patients. This facility doesn’t have the latest technology or equipment"

"Horrible service wouldn’t recommend no one to make this dentist place your ideal place to keep your teeth in great shape, imagine my mother and I went for a teeth cleaning and never received a proper service and they only cleaned our teeth with water and a very sharp object that made both of our mouths bleed. An Asian lady who works there tried to rob me by selling me a water spray and putting something on my teeth in which would run me $322 then I eventually she came down to $135 and when I told her I didn’t walk with a card or cash, she had the nerve to say we accept zelle, PEOPLE PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS DENTIST PLACE , THEY ARE A BUNCH OF QUACKS, WILL BE REPORTING THEM !!!!!!"

"I must say my experience was great. I had an appointment approaching and I needed my broken front tooth to be fixed… that was done perfectly. My dental work started outside and was taking a long time to complete…so I transferred to this company in a short period ( about 3 months ) after placing nine teeth between top and bottom and the capping front teeth top and bottom my smile is about to shine…lol. I'm very comfortable with the entire staff so I would give them a 10."
