"I was a loyal patient for many years until an implant fell out after 4 years. I called to get an emergency appt and had to wait 3 weeks (no emergency service). Finally the Saturday came and was told “oh we have the wrong doctor” and I needed to come back during the week. I was just beside myself. Found another dental office that helped me and stayed open late to support my schedule. That was service. Sorry Arlington you lost me as a patient. Do better ☹️"

"My appointment was on 1/19/24. It was for my six month cleaning. I’m a very busy man and so my time is extremely valued for me. At my appointment I was told I could not get DRK. I was able to convince the hygienist that I at least needed it on my lower front teeth. They told me it’s extremely expensive but eventually did put it on only my lower teeth. I have always needed it. Additionally, the Dr was too busy to see me. I made time for a cleaning and a quick check by the dentist. I did not see the dentist. It appeared to me the visit was more about keeping my visit profitable and not my complete dental experience. My family has had similar experiences. I have to be honest, I’m not happy and considering to find another dental group based on my families experience. It’s not the same level of care we have had with the prior owner. And I’m not sure who owns it now."

"Very disappointed with the visit. The phone and reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Once we went in to see the dentist we already knew it was just about money and nothing else. They refused to put in the tooth that fell but were willing to put in a temp( this would only last about two weeks). Then to come back we were looking at a replacement of about $4,000 out of pocket. My son wanted to have a temporary longer than two weeks to be able to have the money but they would not do that for him instead send him in his way because we didn’t do the two week temp. If you have extra money great place to get things done but if you are like the average person who is struggling with finances and does not have an extra $4,000 around this is not the place."

"Initial thoughts: 5-stars: A wonderful staff and experience! This was my first dental visit in 10 years, first appointment as an independent adult, and, as a new patient, they couldn’t have been more patient and understanding. Updated Review after a few visits and operations: 3-stars: The hygienists are great, but I do not recommend the doctors. I needed some major work done given how long it'd had been and I felt like things were not explained well and I ended up left with chronic pain after a filling for an entire month. I won't be going back."

"Dr Bova and her staff at Arlington Dental are amazing. I have been going there for just shy of four years. Very clean establishment, very orderly, excellent customer service and communication, and they do a great job tending to each patient. My sister was using them when she lived in the area, as well. Additionally, I have been doing Invisalign here. Dr Bova has gone above and beyond with me so far on this. My teeth look straight than they have ever been, which makes me extremely happy as I have a wedding around the corner. I can’t say enough good things about this practice. I highly recommend anyone needing a dentist go here!"
