"From start to finish, the most comfortable experience I had at a dentist office. I was going to Hyde Park dentists, but this place tops it all. Very friendly staff and very clean. They actually talk to you and make you really SMILE. Shout out to all the ladies(wasn’t sure if I was allowed to use names) that make that place a well-deserved 5⭐️. Also, I met the manager and she was so patient and informative when I was confused about my insurance and went above and beyond to get what I needed. Thank you! Lastly, I officially made this my primary place and will be sharing my experience with others. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!"

"Unfortunately, I’ve had my fair share of dental offices and I must say, I always have a pleasant, professional and positive experience here at Aspen in Poughkeepsie. Aside from maybe one front desk individual that could use some additional training on her customer service skills, everyone else has been a pleasure to deal with. If you hate going to the dentist as much as I do, then having to deal with the right staff makes a world of difference when your anxiety level is already at its highest."

"I had a tooth removed today at this location. The surgeon was fast and efficient. This was now my second time there and I can not say enough good things about the staff. I highly recommend. Also very reasonably priced. I had a broken tooth that needed to be removed and I last minute was diagnosed with lymes the day before my surgery was scheduled but they were unfortunately closed. I left a message but I called again Monday morning as soon as they opened to tell them I couldn’t make it. They were so understanding and still kept my deposit for the next time didn’t charge me for missing so last minute. 10/10 if I could give 6 stars I would."
