"Friendly people, but most items I searched for were out of stock or no longer carried. Most items were regular price, rather than on sale. Men's section is so much smaller than it used to be. Store was messy."

"They never seem to have enough people working. The line is always long, but today was beyond ridiculous. I had 1 item as an Amazon return and stood in line for 10 minutes while the guy in front of me was allowed to return at least 20-25 items. The employee just allowed it. Never once asked him to hold on a minute so he could clear the long line that was forming behind him or bother to call someone to help him. I finally asked the man if I could just cut in because I only had 1 item, and he said,'No, I was here first'. Yes, that's true. He was there first, but after 10 minutes and at least 20 items, he had more than his fair share of service, and neither he nor the employee could be bothered to take any consideration of the 5 people now standing in line waiting. Today, December 7th at 10am. I'm sure it's on camera and maybe should be reviewed to consider if this is really the customer service policy you want moving forward."

"i went into the Sephora around 5:30 ish and i forgot to ask for her name but the girl working was so kind and helpful recommending skincare products she deserves a raise and is really kind"

"I feel relaxed when shopping here. The place is so organized. I finally found some cargo pants that were difficult to find. It's either the color, size, or style of the cargo pants that were not to my satisfaction, but this store delivered my taste. They sell merchandise for men, women, children and toddlers, and infants. They even have a massive makeup section. The fitting rooms were spacious and outfitted with big mirrors. Restrooms are available here by return. The checkout time was a bit lengthy during my last visit. Parking is free and reserved parking for wheelchair-accessible transportation and wheelchair-accessible entrance, which also makes it accessible for strollers and mobility on wheels."

"I love the drive-up service which saves so much time! Although this store normally has high inventory, I wound up ordering online. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. You can't beat the prices and have to love getting Kohl's cash!"
