On the flip RJ & Jen were super friendly and actually were taking care of customers while the 'manager' was on her phone. Won't be returning as a long time loyal customer."
"The store manager was so rude I came all the way from the Bronx to exchange my son’s Christmas gift that didn’t fit him and the manager wouldn’t let us in the store. When came today at 6:48 pm the store closes at 7:00 pm but she’s wouldn’t let us in the store . I had said it’s not even 7:00 pm yet she smiled and with a slight chuckle and said we’re closed!, Under armour lost a customer! I understand you want to go home but what’s the purpose of having a store closing time if you are not going to abide by it."
"Store is nice, but the young lady behind the desk could care less. She was more interested in texting and speaking over us when an item rang up full price, when it was clearly listed as the sale price. (both in store and online) Wouldn’t check the rack and we left without it."
"They are the best, they have got the best fleece as well as sweatshirt and sweat pants, however they don't have anyoutlets near smithtown/kingspark/commack. All prices are very fair and they have got the best quality of shoes among all brands."
