"Oh why oh why didn’t I read the reviews first!!! Stay away! I asked for a new set. They started by ripping off my old set. After the pain of ripping off two nails, my pulling my hand away numerous times, tears, and saying ‘ow’. I told them to soak them off. $20 more and 1/2 an hour, they said. I had them soak them off, paid my $20 bucks and hi-tailed it out of there! Went to Poughkeepsie the next day to a nail place with great reviews."

"My grandmother went here and she stated that she had to wait ten minutes before going into the back room. Then they ignored her for another 10 minutes then the lady came in and didn't even listen about how she wanted her eyebrows done, just started ripping hairs out. There's no arch and her face feels like its on fire and slimy. There's also a mandatory 20 percent tip even if you don't want to tip and if you don't like there service. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!"

"I was literally in tears today while getting my nails done. I first asked if manicure is included with tips;was told yes and told to wait. I waited then was told to go to chair 5. Right away started putting the nails on, didn't see if they fit properly, etc. They weren't shaped with my nail..and more. I know how acrylics are done. Then it seemed to be a problem when I asked them to be cut shorter;kept talking to technician next to her and the male ;all of them chuckling to themselves. Then came for the shape. She cut them and they were concaved with points on outside going upwards. It was a really absurd. When I explained I wanted a rounded square (simple and common)she played dumb.. I kept trying to explain until I finally had to take the file and show her. She then told.me be because of that shape I had to be charged an extra 5 dollars? I didn't understand. And said something and all the females came over. So weird and so uncomfortable. She then started filing down the nail beds with a hot tool. I haven't had it hurt like this since acrylics first came out when I was a teen. I'm 50 now. I would show a little pain and she would over exaggerate and pull her body back like a crime was committed. Very strange and very sadistic. This technician played games and was straigt up sadistic. After the nails were "done" and a decent amount of pain..she took clipper and acted as if she was doing my cuticles. I questioned it and she again called someone over. I was told she was going to put oil on them since they were dry. It was a strange, pathetic and really just an awful experience. I knew I couldn't complain or say anything as I knew I would be told to not come back. I'm really not sure what I did or what their perception of me was because I felt unsafe and I really should have walked out after the pain thing . Oh, and when she dusted off my hand..she kept brushing me really hard. Not just bad service, but sociopathic bullying behavior. If not known by them, etc - stay clear. Absolutely terrible experience..and no manicure. It was really bad."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. They destroyed my nail beds, did a horrible job shaping/painting and removing them. Never again. They are surely not licensed to be doing this. Also my nail broke days after just getting them, second time this has happened/ only ever happens to me from this salon."

"Did a decent job, comfortable and nice atmosphere. They expect a 20% tip on top of their already not cheap prices. And they close at 730pm in the winter although their signage says 8."
