"This place has a restaurant upstairs and a rental room downstairs. The restaurant has very nice people. Both staff and regular customers were all very friendly. Very good food. Very nice location. Very nice view of the canal. It has been recently renovated and is very clean and cozy. The owner also has a room she rents downstairs. We rented the room for a few nights and it was very well appointed. It has a small kitchen and roomy bathroom attached to an aircondioned bedroom with sitting area and private patio on the water. We will be recommending it to friends."

"Nice little place.... really good sandwiches. Very friendly service. I would certainly recommend the Muddy Waters Cafe. When asked if we'd been in before, we had not, so she recommended her #2 and the #4 paninis.... they were the very best paninis that I've ever had.... juicy and chewy.... the bread was wonderful and the sauce was off the charts good. If I'm ever in the area again, I would not hesitate to go back and take friends."

"This is a very cool little place. It has a vast sandwich menu, prices were reasonable. Lots of drink options. The nautical and canal theme was very unique. The view from the deck was great. I would have given this place 4 1/2 stars if that was an option. The only negatives... The server was mixing up orders and the business hours are odd."
