"Manager Abbey is very nasty on the phone then in person also. I have never dealt with her before, love most the stylists at Culver/Ridge location, but Abbey has zero customer service skills and should NOT be a manager. There are ways to talk to & with a customer, she comes at you and when proven wrong changes to "in the future so you know..." instead of just "I'm sorry, you are correct we didn't do all these extra services the new stylist tried to charge you for so the price is what you expected". Even repeats herself with accusatory words 3x so REALLY attacks instead of resolves."

I usually get my haircut with scissors all over, but the hairdresser took the time to explain that she has a trimmer that cuts the length I like. Very satisfied!"
