"Worst customer service , they ask you if need help and then they go to check .. I guess they have to make the shoes in the back of store, never got the shoe … waited half an hour. If you ask a question the tall girl laughs on your face … terrible customer service , why bother working if you don’t care about where you are ? If you have self respect and time is valuable don’t go there ."

"I bought some boots in your store and I didn't save the ticket and you didn't send me the ticket to my email either, which is a serious mistake on your part. You didn't register my number either and I knew that when I went to make the change. and the worst thing is that one of their workers told me that I had to pay 47 dollars to make the change. They don't give me a solution as a customer, the worst thing about this store is don't buy here."

"Unbelievable horrible customer service in store and even with customer service on the phone. My sons $150 Jordan sneakers shouldn’t be breaking within 2 weeks of wearing them. It’s funny this is the second pair to happen to from their store but with the last pair my son wore once and they broke so they sent me a check but this time because they were worn for 2 weeks they won’t accept them? Really? $150 sneakers shouldn’t be breaking within a few weeks to the point my son almost twisted his ankle by it coming off when playing basketball. I was told to contact the manufacturer so now I have to see what Nike will do because they were purchased from foot locker not Nike. So disappointed, I knew I should have gotten the Adidas pair and they’d last longer too!"

"This is one of the bigger and better Foot Lockers on Long Island. I have won a few raffles here via the Foot Locker App Launch Locator. I have been shopping here for years and it is a somewhat better system then camping out but it is also out of control and random but luckily this store seems to get a healthy supply of limited sneakers. I must say it is also nice to see the same faces here for years. I don't know their names but there are 2 guys who must have been working here since the early 90’s!"
