"As expected, they make your hair shorter than it was before. They dont have any experience or training when it comes to texture (they think every hair on your head should be cut in a uniform length straight across). They are beauty school dropouts, so dont expect any technique beyond you doing it yourself, then having to go there because it's difficult to see the back of your head when doing it yourself"
