"This salon is very clean and modern. The staff are very welcoming. However, just for highlights on my short hair, it took 4 hours. I walked in exactly at 9am for my appointment and did not leave until 1:10pm. I had plans with friends at noon so we had to cancel them. I figured it would take no longer than 2 and 1/2 hours. Also, the price for just highlights (no trim, cut, thinning), was $200. I’m very patient, but this was a little ridiculous. Unfortunately, I’m going to stick with my regular go-to salon from now on."
