"Dana is a wonderful coach. I had rescued a new pup and she needed training. She bit my 13 year old pit as she was jealous of her and wanted to be the alpha dog of the three dog pack. Dana came and taught us how to train this pup so she would know we were the alpha dogs not her. Explained the use and reasons for a crate. How she should eat with the other dogs, how not to jump, and how to act towards strangers. We followed her rules to the T and now have a wonderful loving member of the family.We highly recommend Dana to anyone having an issue with their furry companion. "Rosie is our foster dog we got this summer. She had been kept pretty isolated from everyone except her previous owner. She was 40 pounds overweight and anxious. She even had urine leakage while sleeping. After a scary incident meeting another dog on a walk, I realized both Rosie and I would benefit from some behavior modification. I contacted several trainers. Dana was easily the most professional and responsive. Because of Rosie’s aggression towards other dogs, classes with other dogs was not an option.
