"I am happy to report my first visit to have an implant placed by Dr. Ben and his staff was a pleasant one. They are very professional, knowledgeable and skilled. We inquired of various fine area dentists, and found Concierge to offer very good prices overall. The office is beautifully equipped and adorned with not only the latest technology, but big clear open windows, modern art, coffee and tea bar, lively plants and even an exotic fish! Besides presenting a clean, peaceful, and tranquil atmosphere, Dr. Ben has a very calm, cool, capable and friendly demeanor that put me at ease. Although he kindly offered to prescribe stronger pain relievers, all I really needed was one dose of ibuprofen. Glory to the LORD the process involved minimal bleeding, pain and suffering. The site seems to be healing up well as I await the fitting for my new crown. Thanks Dr. Ben and staff!"

"I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Ben and his group. I started going to him when the need came to have all my uppers removed because of gum disease. I was extremely reluctant to have the work done and shopped around to several dentists before choosing Dr. Ben. He did the extractions, provided a denture and later installed implants to secure the denture. I had a few problems along the way but Dr. Ben has always been fair and efficient in fixing them. Several times I've had to quickly get in for attention and he and his group were always able to squeeze me into their schedule. His offices are not all that convenient to my home in the West Seneca but for me, his service is worth the trip. I have recommended him to several friends and will continue to do so."

"I had some major work done. Everyone was so concerned and kept asking to insure I was comfortable. I was in the chair for awhile and Dr. Oppenheimer was great in explaining how he took time to make sure it was done to limit pain. WHICH I APPRECIATED. I can tell you the day after, the pain is not bad. I have had other dentists where the day after it seemed the fix was as bad as the issue with regards to pain. The next day in the afternoon I only had need of ibuprofen and not the narcotic prescription. That is with several tooth extraction too! I can't say enough of the friendliness and professionalism of the whole Oppenheimer Office. They have my two thumbs up and I don't give those out very often."
