"Well after the front desk people made me almost loss my. I have been going to Jennifer best since 2014 when I moved to Tennessee I thought she was great until this year I have told her for 6 years I was dealing with dizziness and and told there are times I couldn't breath she just tried to send me to physical therapy and I walked into that place and they knew that I couldn't even be in there because of the way I was feeling to me there ex rays they go make you get they can't find that your c1 and c2 are misaligned so when a doctor stops listening to the patient just because I had to deal with disability people and she never sent in my records fast enough to where I almost lost my disability I had to pay 450 dollars out of my pocket to a place that I should of never had to do if she would of sent the medical records to disability. She will listen until they don't anymore so I decided to do my annual check up elsewhere since it was hard for me to walk the long distance they make you walk knowing your disability so know she stopped my medication that she knows I need and this is how the doctors don't care about there patients one bit it's all about the money not the care of the patients luckily I have now found a person that finally found out why I couldn't breath since my neck was misalignedher zrays and also blount hospital both dismissed my problem im at least 75 percent better and now I can breath people go get 2 or 3 different opinions don't just trust the first doctor same goes for eye doctors it only about money not the care they rather make you sicker not better just hope that they don't or a family member don't have to deal with what they know there patients go through"

"Dr. Best is great. Her staff has been the total opposite. All I want is a phone call from my Dr. I’ve been asking for 3 days. I even expressed that my reasons were private and the nurse violated my Hippa rights by telling my wife that all the girls in the office were listening in on the conversation that they had been having where my personal medical issues were being shared with the other people in the room without my wife’s knowledge. This is not my opinion these are just my experience They do not relay messages and told me Dr. Best does not return phone calls. That is verbatim. Please Dr. Best contact me because your staff is refusing to connect me with you over the phone even though our insurance will pay for it if need be. But more importantly you are the best Dr. I have ever had. Please call. I’ve been trying to arrange a phone call since Wednesday. I do not believe that you don’t call patients back. Why am I being ostracized?"
