"My kids have gone here (Abbott Rd. Location) for years without issue. Up until recently. I understand that places are short staffed, everywhere is, but to reschedule a filling for the THIRD time and pushing it out multiple weeks?The receptionist literally told me "we don't have enough staff for the day", ironically it is the Friday going into a long holiday weekend for Memorial Day. That tells me that this is more of an office management problem then being short staffed. Too many PTO requests approved and now the patients pay for it. Unacceptable."

"It feels like a PRISON dentist office. A large room of chair after chair so they can get people in and out as fast as possible. Everyone here is unapologetically rude. The women at the front desk had an attitude for no reason. They sent text the night before our appointment saying they don't take our insurance any more. They tried to force a tooth extraction on us and then we went to a different dentist and they capped the tooth without problem. This place just kept pushing us out saying pull the tooth or wait 6 months. Keep this place as a last resort!"

"My child had to get a tooth extracted and the dentist who worked on him was unprofessional my son was clearly in pain and the anesthesia she gave him didn’t work yet and she goes on and starts pulling . Your supposed to give the meds time to work but no this careless impatient lady starts pulling while my son screams in pain . If you are in a rush and have over scheduled more than you can take then that’s your fault I would’ve gladly rescheduled than be treated like this. If you don’t have the patience and skill to calm a and treat a terrified child then don’t work with kids!!!!"

"My son had an appointment at 3:00pm today, unfortunately we were late by 22 minutes because we missed our connecting bus. Expecting to have to reschedule when we get there the receptionist tells me they tried to call me multiple times and my phone is disconnected but have a 3:30pm cancellation I can have it. Ok great I'm told to go downstairs and wait. I come up and the same receptionist comes out with the worse attitude saying I said I wasn't coming back. Lady was listening to the convention I was having with my Son as we were going down. She also tells me that i don't know my own phone number, turns out they have the wrong number. She also continues to yell at me and approach me as I turned my back to her to leave the building. We have been coming here for 14 years. I'm absolutely shocked that someone who deals with the public on a daily basis would act as immature as she did. How I managed to keep myself from going crazy I'll never know. I'm actually hurt after all these years we will no longer be coming here."

"I have taken my 4 children here for years and LOVE this place. My kids have loved this place. I love that I could schedule them all at once for cleanings. My youngest had to get four adult teeth removed before he got his braces. They were amazing. We changed insurance a couple times. No problem. My son (who is now with the Army) says he liked the dentists here better! I still have two at home so we still have a few years to go and will NEVER change."
