"I have used Sawyer tax service for many years never had a problem until this year. I paid with cash but was a little short, so I asked if she had cash app service she advised yes, I asked sawyer to send me a request for the remaining balance. I received a message from cash app that sawyer had requested funds. I clicked on sawyer's name and sent the remaining balance not realizing that I didn’t click her request, so her request kept popping up knowing I had already paid her on cash app I declined the request. Later I received a message from sawyer stating that I should never ask her to do my taxes again because I declined her request, I sent a copy of the receipt to her showing I had paid her she then stated that I declined it and she was done. I have never received my refund, so I went online to check my tax return status I was advised no record found. I was instructed to check if a conformation message was received when my taxes was submitted. I messaged sawyer asking if she received a confirmation with no response from her. I have made several attempts to get a response with no success. I am at a loss for words and very shocked at her unprofessional behavior. Like I said I have always had good service with no complaints. At this point I would not recommend Sawyers tax service to anyone."
