"My disabled brother has been a client at this company for years. His personal PCA (1 on 1 aide) whom worked for the company and is also the owners niece; services was good up until the PCA worker drunkly put her hands on assaulting my brother (her client) and my son then had the nerve to call the police and her aunt whom is the owner own grandchildren Joseph (works at this company also) and Chelsea ( works with children on the spectrum) pull up to the residence after hours enabling and condoning this worker also is their cousins behavior. Even when the police helped her get her things from the home since she finally decided to leave the owners granddaughter Chelsea came inside and handled me the clients family inappropriately, never checked on the client or even showed concern all in sake of her cousin the PCA worker. I even attempted to talk with the granddaughter she talked to me in a very threatening tone with my brother and son present. Enabled the drunk cousin/worker and left. I knew then I had to take my brother out of this company and write a grievance against the worker. This owner is well known and I have no bad words to say about her but her grandchild whom is a supervisor at the company whom did nothing that night as well and the granddaughter of the owner and another superior worker at this company FAILED my brother. Mishandled and did nothing at all but cover the PCA workers tracks . I have retained a lawyer and with my brothers main company alliance do plan on shinning a light more on this incident because this could of been prevented. There’s so much more I could say but this was the biggest issue. Despite how anyone may feel I have hard proof the incident was RECORDED! Again I’m not here to bash the owner but the employees that are family members have made this a very traumatic time for me and my family. Think about it before you place your family and loved ones in their care. Working with disabled individuals nothing like this should ever occur just because it’s a family business and you rather protect them verses a client."
