"I went there for 3 years, I would only give them one or two stars had it not been for Charlton and my counselor, Rhonda. Mary was great as well. The staff at the front was constantly changing but at the time I left one of the receptionists was so.. unfriendly... She never smiled or made me feel welcome like the other girl did. She was rude and abrasive, working at a place recovering addicts come to get better you should be warm friendly and inviting. Management did NOT understand addiction, they expected people with no transportation or insurance to make twice weekly in person visits and if you couldnt make it they wouldn't let you see the Dr to get her to write you a prescription. If your insurance requires a prior authorization they are only done on Fridays by one person, so she does every single one on one day and if it gets denied and you're out of meds then you're SOL until Monday. I went for 3 or 4 days without my meds frequently, and that causes people to relapse. Also someone I know was abusing the system and selling his medicine for money, as a clinic they're supposed to hold people accountable and call you in to count your medicine etc and make sure you're doing what you're supposed to be doing but they never did that for him and he sold it to teenagers. Now those kids probably have an addiction or a SUD and it could have been prevented if they followed the rules and held people accountable like they're supposed to. You should be discharged for that, it's not only illegal but it's wrong and is exactly why methadone clinics are so closely regulated. Solas health is better."
"I wasn't going to leave a review but I'm honestly sick of this place. I canceled my sessions for therapy MONTHS ago and they won't stop calling me and scheduling me for appointments. I've repeatedly told them I'm not interested and yet they continue to call me. I originally stopped going because I found out I was pregnant and needed to know whether or not I needed to discontinue my medication. The office and the doctor wouldnt return my messages and I ended up in the hospital with medication discontinuation. Even after the fact they were apathetic towards the seriousness of the situation. They are also bad with getting prescriptions refilled in a timely manner. Overall I'm highly disappointed with this establishment but they won't let me move on with a more equipped practice"
