"This place is a joke! We went here for a few months, and then they where going to put my son on a waiting list after we where already being seen. The list was 6m to a year long! So instead of being mad or upset I discharged him. Or so I thought. Now almost a month later and I can't sign him up for new therapy because they discharged him from the office but not his insurance!! So your charging my insurance and my kid isn't being seen! That is fraud!"
