"I want to say our two years at the Fisher location as an awesome experience . Ms . Joy and Hailee the administration assistant provided quality customer service . As, I would like to give 5 stars just to these two people. Ms. Joy had to go on maternity leave(4-5th) and we never received a call stating we were in a waitlist, and we would be rescheduled. Whoever made calls that week( when Ms. joy left) never mentioned discharge paperwork.I did tell the lady who called that we were done with services after the 12th ;due to PCSing. However I received a call on the 14th to be rescheduled with another therapist, and the lady made it seem like she called to tell me about this. Her tone sounded frustrated , and it was not my doing. However, hopefully, we get discharge paperwork before we leave. The communication and admin tone needs to be retrained. Being flexible with circumstances like this will happen and being understanding is the key to having quality customer service . I believe her name is Amber ."
