"I want to start out by saying this has nothing to do with my therapist- she was great! My review is geared towards the women with the short hair that I would assume is in charge, as she took my call when I made my initial appointment and was training the front desk girl when I went to my one & only appointment before canceling the other 3 that were scheduled. . -first thing that was really off putting is how much I was talked over by the lady that took my call for intake. It was very rushed, she didn’t care about any ailment I was explaining (so much so that she acted surprised when I mentioned my back being an issue when I came for my appointment…even though I stated it on the phone- and her solution once now hearing me in person- ”well that’s a whole other thing/set of visits”), nor did she care to explain how the services there/treatment plan would go (I know that’s more therapist geared, but she just wanted me to have booked apts without telling me what would be happening along those apts/why I needed them) It felt like it was all about booking and getting money.…she didn’t seem to have a personable manner, kindness, or empathy, and understanding about her, to be talking to hurt patients on the phone. It felt very salesmanny and geared towards money and that’s it. I was told on the phone call that self pay is a good option over using insurance, since insurance doesn’t pay for dry needling, which I thought I was getting, so I agreed to do so. However the phone call was so erratic on her end. There’s no telling how she slipped in her dry needing spiel. Then just like I assumed by trying to communicate with this lady on the phone, she was just as off putting when I met her in person when attending my appointment. While training the front desk girl, she literally stated “nab them when they get through the door for payment”…so after I filled out my paperwork and she asked for my payment, I said “well I guess I’ve been nabbed” to let her know I heard her. You would think one would say “look out for patients that may need assistance in the parking lot, a door opened for them,” etc. but not in this case. Although my appointment was very basic and basically an initial consultation, I received no treatment plan or timeline of what would happen next, it’s like they wanted to keep me going for those next three appointments before considering dry needling or something worthwhile. Just keeping you on the hook and paying. The entire place just felt scammy, with how quickly they can get you out while doing the bare minimum, even with what I observed around me. Everyone seemed more self absorbed with themselves and telling stories, than handling the actual patients. I learned more about everyone working there than my actual ailments/reasons of concern. (And this is absolutely NO DIG towards my therapist- she was the best thing there, so kind, personable, relatable, I loved her!)"

"The space is very organized and clean. I love the fact that this is not a huge space with tons of people walking around. I've been to larger facilites and it's just not the same. Also the person who works the front desk staff is very friendly and professional. I'm enjoying working with the therapist Stephen. He really wants people to improve and feel better. I can tell he gives it is all when working around my specific issues. I highly recommend Elite Ortho!"
