"Received a bill for labs as part of my annual. Simple cholesterol test, etc. Always covered in full per my plan rules. This year received a bill and the provider and UNC labs kept pointing at the other. All it needed was to be recoded as preventive care like it always was. Reached out to my plan and they contacted the office for a review. Finally the office said they weren't going to change the coding for some reason (my guess is to make more) and I had to pay for a routine lab that I never had to in the past and shouldn't have to based on my plan. I sent multiple messages thru MyChart app with no responses or acknowledgment. Won't be going back."

"When I was seeing robert Adam’s this place meant something, I’ve been a patient here since 2008 I use to love this place but as of recent I can honestly say I’m actively looking elsewhere. It’s very disappointing. For 6 months I was experiencing high blood pressure numbers and asked TARA HARRIS to put me on blood pressure medication. 2 weeks ago I wasn’t able to stand up and move around without getting light headed or my heartbeating out of my chest. I went to the ER with a bp of 215/111 and heart rate of 157 the er ended up putting me on blood pressure medication and that’s not easy to get from them… I contacting knightdale FM TO SCHEDULE A FOLLOW UP… I was told that TARA didn’t have any appointments available and I could schedule with MELANIE WHITE…. Mrs.white was nice and assisted with adding a 3rd blood pressure med since I was in the ER 6 times in 7 days. We also talked about other ways to get my pressure down… I let her know that my job is only giving me 10 days to have this paperwork filled out about my recent medical issues or I would loose my livelihood, she advised me to schedule with TARA. Tara doesn’t have any appointments until the end of June. I contacted the supervisor and the manager LAUREN to see if we can have this resolved they both spoke with TARA and she advised them to have me call my cardiologist … the cardiologist told me to call TARA lol… not only am I going to loose my employment but I’m in the mist of a health issue. If you can go anywhere but here please do! They don’t take your health serious anymore."

"Dr Adams has been my primary/family Dr for over 10 years. The care I receive is beyond excellent. Recently I was diagnosed with a bleeding stomach ulcer. Dr Adams called me at home to make sure I knew how important it was to keep my visit to the Gastroenterologist that he had contacted for me. It’s scary to think where I might have been if it hadn’t been for him checking on me. I was in Rex (Raleigh) hospital where I received excellent care for 3 days, receiving 2 units of blood & had an Endoscopy & Colonoscopy. The diagnosis for each were good news. I honestly have to say that Dr. Adams saved my life. He’s truly the best! (So is his office & staff)"
