After several weeks of therapy and a plan that was catered to my specific needs, (including video visuals to assist with exercises) my pain was gone and I was able to get back to all of my normal activities I had had to put on hold. "I can't recommend Hollie enough! I was recommended to Hollie from my wife who worked with her on her own PT needs. My issue seemed to be focused to a pinched nerve pain in my shoulder/bicep. That was probably some of the worst pain I've ever felt at 50+! Along with the lack of any long term successful feedback or treatments I received from other professionals (i.e. MD & Chiropractor) I jumped at the chance to work with Hollie! After my initial visit I knew I was in good hands. She listened to my concerns, observed my range of motion and levels of pain. She asked all the right questions to ensure her plain/approach was the right one. After that initial visit we had a plan of action and all the related details to make my shoulder bullet proof! Each step of the way Hollie worked her magic and took detailed notes on each aspect of my progress & gains. She was very flexible in her options and modified them in a very agile way to ensure we were focusing on the target problem. In the end my pain has essentially been eliminated and I can't thank her enough! She has allowed me to resume my regular workouts and essentially enjoy a pain free life again.
