Cost Cutters

"I went in to get a simple 2 inch trim on October 21 and it turned into a nightmare. The lady acted like she was finished I looked at myself in the mirror and one side was obviously longer than the other side by quite a few inches. She butchered the other side. I mentioned it to her and at first she didn’t notice when again it was VERY obvious. I asked her to fix it and she still couldn’t seem to fix it no matter what she did. I don’t understand why it was so difficult. My hair is one length, I don’t have layers. She kept trying but once she got close enough I had enough. I had to go home and try to fix it myself which I don’t think I should have had to. I still paid and even gave her a tip because that’s the kind of person I am but I honestly shouldn’t have it was the worst haircut and experience I’ve ever had in my life and I definitely will never ever go back again after that. I didn’t feel like spending another 30$ somewhere else the same day to fix the haircut I already paid for plus the side that shorter is too short to even fix and I shouldn’t have to. So now I have to wait for my hair to grow out to fix this disaster. It looks like a pre schooler cut my hair and I’m embarrassed. I am not happy at all."

"They were super nice and there was no wait. Now with that being said, I know why it had no wait, I've had bad hair cuts before and now I know when I got the worst one. Won't be going back"

"Normally good service. Been coming here for 10 years. Tried to walk in at 4:30pm. Only to be told they are closed. All signs and website say 6:00pm. Likely lost a long time customer"

As someone who is terrified of going to new stylists Michelle made me feel comfortable and did a good job walking me through and being realistic on my current hair needs (it’s been over a year since my last trim/cut) she took off exactly the amount we discussed and was overall very pleasant. Will definitely be going back to her for haircuts"
