"I had a queen size comforter and quilt that needed to be washed and decided to check out the Pit Stop Wash Center. Everything was in perfect working order, the building was very clean and the machines were affordable and easy to use. Definitely my new go to laundromat in Johnson City."

"The car wash was well maintained. All machines were working. They took credit card, which is very convenient. If you wanted to use cash they have a change machine. Other than that, our truck came out clean at a reasonable price."

"Our washer was broken so we needed our laundry done. The service was outstanding. The attendants were friendly, courteous and went out of their way to help. Clothes were returned very neatly folded and stacked. I highly recommend Pit Wash."

"It was my favorite place to go for laundry but they recently upped their prices and paying 3.00 just to START a dryer is stupid. So if you're not watching and checking your stuff in the dryer and it stops and your clothes aren't dry (usually they aren't dry unless you pay 6.00 for it to dry on high for an hour) then you're either A) going home with damp laundry or B) paying another 3 dollars to start a dryer for 10 minutes. The large dryers cost 4.25 just to start. You get 30 minutes but that will not dry your clothes. It's 25 cents for TWO minutes in the big dryer. Sure, it's clean and spacious and you can get a car wash while you do your laundry. Other than that, even if you were to use the cheapest tiny washer it's 4.25. The 7.00 one went up to 8.25. The washers and dryers don't clean or dry better than anywhere else so it's not worth it. If they ever bring their prices to a reasonable rate, I'll return. There were several people there who said they had been going to this place for years that won't be back because the prices are too much. Is it worth it to raise your prices when you lose half of your clientele?"

"My washer is broken and I've been to a couple of laundromats locally in the interim. I can't say enough good things about Pit Stop Wash Center. The whole time I was there the ladies were cleaning. They swept, cleaned the bathrooms, were dusting the appliances, and cleaning them. They were both pleasant and helpful. The facility is clean and obviously in the process of being freshly painted. My clothes smell fresh. The vast majority of the machines were in order. I drove several miles out of my way to try it based on the reviews, and I'm glad I did. It is a gem among local laundromats."
