We got REALLY lucky first try. We’ve been twice, once for routine vaccines and heartworm things, and once for what could have been an emergency. Both times everyone was SO nice. The hospital is immaculate, the front and back staff are all lovely, and the doctors are so nice. Their willingness to slow down and answer my questions is great. Not once did I feel rushed even tho I had about a million questions after moving from the west coast."
