"The intake process was straightforward and setting up the appointment was simple enough. I was disappointed in Jenny's lack of professionalism. I think profanity should be left out of a session unless you've already built a rapport with your client. Edit: The fake 5 start reviews that have appeared since my initial visit are concerning as well."
