"Erica has been grooming my smaller terrier Hoggle since she first opened up. We developed a great groomer and client relationship over time and she started deshedding my Shepard when we got her a couple years later. She may sometimes take awhile but that’s okay shes attention to detail. She makes sure everything is perfect before her groomed pups leave and my dogs Baylee and Hoggle always smell great and have the cutest bandanas on after they leave! I love Erica and I will never leave my dogs anywhere else to get groomed!"

"We've been taking our goldendoodle, Jasper, to Erica at Indigo Blue Pet Spa since he was a puppy and we cant say enough good things about the level of service and hospitality we always receive there! Erica is extremely knowledgeable and wonderful with dogs and our boy always comes home looking amazing! Jasper has long, wirier hair, and it can often be a challenge to maintain at home, between groomings, though we do our best. I was very concerned about matting, and the fact that he often makes brushing and combing difficult for us at home. At our most recent appointment, Erica took the time to offer us a private lesson on how to brush and maintain Jasper's coat at home. She showed us, in person, how to use the proper tools and techniques for his specific coat, to keep it healthy and mat free. She was great at explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand and easy for us to do ourselves at home. I can't say enough how helpful it was ! "Erica takes being your dog's groomer very seriously. She takes into account your dog's prior grooming, will tell you straight up if they haven't been groomed well by others, and makes sure you know what is needed. She is thorough and takes the time to do it right. My mini aussie had not had his puppy coat taken off as he should have by Petsmart. Erica fixed the issue and sent me a picture of the hair that was removed which was staggering. Go to her if you want it done right."

"Let me start by saying my dog is a chunky senior (120lb+). We visited Indigo Blue for the first time today which came highly recommended. Erica was very friendly and knowledgeable at check-in. She answered all of my questions which made me feel comfortable leaving Dozer. Heather groomed him and he looks/smells amazing! I don't think he's ever looked so good! I was able to see some of the process as I dropped him off. They were so patient and gentle with him. I was a bit reluctant to drive a little further than usual but it was totally worth it! "First of all, check out Indigo Blue Pet Spas Facebook page. Erika has groomed my pup for four years. When she opened up Indigo Blue in Winston-Salem, I followed her from Greensboro. Erika is very accommodating. My dog has been previously diagnosed with IVDD, and Erika is always protective of her and the needs of my dog. Because I travel to have her groom my dog, she is great with working with my schedule! She advises everyone to set up appointments in advance, and I would highly agree with that! I have my appointments set up for the remainder of the year. I have always been thrilled with Erika’s work; she stays up-to-date on all of the techniques in the grooming world, and her work reflects that. If I have ever had any concerns with schedule, wanting my dogs hair longer/shorter, wanting a specific kind of bath, etc, she has always been more than happy to comply!
