"I went to Sheena nervous about how tense my back and shoulders are and how I might react. I am very sensitive to touch but Sheena read my body so well; she responded to my tension, my twitches, and my areas of pain with confidence and care. I told her that my right shoulder blade area was the worst area and she made sure to pay special attention to the knots in that area. The atmosphere was so comforting, calming, and inviting. Her voice was also very comforting and guided me through what I needed to do to help her help me. She also listened to my verbal concerns and my body's reactions to certain things and was so respectful of how she handled me. I didn't go in expecting to make a visit into a regular basis but I will absolutely be visiting Sheena as much as I can!"
