"If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I have never in my life dealt with an office that staffs such incompetent employees, specifically Geraldine. She never has the answers to your questions, and refuses to return phone calls when she repeatedly tells you she will "look into it and get back with you". What should have been a 10 minute conversation, turned into a two week ordeal that she never resolved. I had to call the actual insurance company, which in turn, called Geraldine while I was on hold, and was actually able get the answers I needed. Interesting how the agent on the phone was able to get help so quickly, while I never so much as received any communication from Geraldine. She lacks customer service, and clearly does not follow up with clients or offer any sort of assistance. Oh, and she has no problem with hanging up on you either. I never got the opportunity to speak with my actual agent, Gil, but it seems he does not respond to calls or email either. If you're looking for a competent, customer oriented, and professional agent, look elsewhere because this place is a complete nightmare."
