"The office staff is awful. Brenda the office manager is the worst. Just disgusted. She told me to my face for weeks she wouldn't make appointments for me because of lack of insurance approval. Yet, she never contacted the insurance company about more visits. Not sure why the discrimination??"

"I am very disappointed in the experience I had here today. I called ahead for pricing, and planned my whole evening on coming to this gym. Upon arriving, I walked in and see a sign that says no new memberships due to printer being out of paper. I asked if I could do a day pass and have it credited toward membership and that was refused. Needless to say, I walked out and went to another gym that would allow me to purchase a membership & let me work out."

"Nice facility with just about everything you need. They even have a sauna. I do not believe that there is a pool. The employees are all very nice. The only drawback is that the equipment seems pretty old. Especially the free weights and weight machines seem to be quite dated. They work fine, but newer weight machines seem more ergonomically friendly and comfortable to use."

"Great gym at a reasonable price. Probably the only place in America that hasn't gone up with inflation. A few months ago hours had been decreased due to vandalism overnight but the management and staff have been working hard at solutions and the hours have been expanded! Very clean, recently got new upholstery for some of the older pieces, new shower curtains in the women's locker room, tons of equipment! I even overheard them talking about a summer special. Highly recommend."

"Patient beware !!!! Billing dept - Wow - how can you charge over $155 every 15 minutes for therapy not tell the patient!!! Spoke at length and in person with office manager !! My insurance covers 30 visits ! I was charged $1750 for 5 visits ! Wow!!! buyer beware ask questions before you have therapy. PS. The therapists were awesome. Shame on you.!"
